He definitely approached the club himself RD...will not provide the game plan both BH and myself long for. Will be an utter disaster if we sign him. Have already stated I'm not renewing my membership or that of my wife's if we do. will be the beginning of the end ?

Why wouldn't he apply for the plum job of coaching the real Peel?

One thing is for certain AR with my passion for the club no stone would be left unturned in trying to turn our club into great again...we have been mediocre for far too long for various reasons and that must be put to an end!

I certainly would encourage you to do exactly that BH.

Geez fair old whack there DW. He has had some success coaching in the WAFL and NEAFL previously as well as a successful AFL playing career. Could do worse. What don't you like about his game plan?

Does anyone know an attacking coach with crdentials?

The problem these days las is that they all do the same coach's accreditation, which means they know how to move witches hats at training and do a power point demonstration to the board.

I have already done so Ark. What I am concerned about is who is on the selection committee for the new coach. My information is the people that will make the final decision may not necessarily be at the club in a working capacity in 2018. Hoping this is not the case...we will see.

DW: it does seem a bit strange to appoint a coach in such circumstances. Do you think they were planning on re-appointting Harding and have been caught of guard by his resignation?
