Agreed, this is good news. Commercial kitchens trailers can be hired on an as needed basis. It will be interesting to see what happens for President's lunches. Hungry Jacks have trailers, so maybe they will use that and leave our canteen alone for catering purposes only.

Great news must be worth some good coin being a jumper sponsor and I'm assuming they will be leasing our canteen that the club built. They better do hotdogs. It's unforgivable to go to the footy and no hotdogs available. Reminds me of that debt guzzling joint in the northern suburbs.

This is a great step forward for the club and, on top of the Mineral Resources deal, only a start of the benefits to accrue to the Perth Football Club from the Lathlain partnership.

DD, I think that HJ are planning a "pop-up" type operation. Be interesting to see where that fits into the scheme and what the future use of canteen will be.

Hungry Jack’s will become the front of guernsey partner of the Club, and will launch a new “pop-up” style Hungry Jack’s at Mineral Resources Park, revamping the Perth Football Club canteen. Fans will be able to enjoy a select Hungry Jack’s menu when they come to support their team during WAFL games, AFLW games and other community events.

As for them catering for the Presidents lunches I think that is going a bit too far. The Presidents lunches are sit down meals, not burgers and fries.

Yes, I have to agree Mr AFL but it will be interesting to see what will be put in place for President's lunches.
Currently there is no commercial kitchen in our club rooms. The one we had long time ago has been gone for ages.
I would think that when we get around to redeveloping our premises there will a suitable kitchen included in the plans.
In the meantime we may have to continue to outsource catering. Hopefully the new Board will have this well and truly covered.

PFC is an independent Club which is one of the original WANFL Clubs.
It has been around for 120 years and will be around much longer into the future.

Perhaps Demons Forever should check what his club is up to before going off like a 2 bob watch.

They also need to realise that PFC will survive on their own quite nicely.
And will not be dictated to.

Good to $ee the PFC following $uit to what the $ubi footy club did gaining financially out of an AFL influence at their home ground....and even better $eeing the Perth fan$ $upporting their club$ off field brain$ tru$t financial $mart$ for improving their club, ju$t like the $ubi fans have done for many years improving their club$ longevity.....

Well you have done well so far,
You decided you didn't need a car park
you have decided that your playing arena needed to be a different size
you went out and got a new naming rights sponsor
you decided that HJ's would now look after your onsite catering

I admire your optimism however.
An optimist is a man who marries his secretary and believes he will continue to dictate to her.
