Are we going to see change?

If we don't see change it could be another 40 years before success.
The Club is going nowhere so change is the only option.

I suspect we will see change. The question though is how much? Chaning the president alone won't make a difference but if some or all of the reform candidates for director positions get up then its on.

Dazz, I believe that those who are voting for change will have been very careful in there selection of board members who will adopt the changes necessary to move forward and not settle for stagnation for another 40 years.
We should not underestimate the backing that I understand Bob Shields has from the Captains' Group, the Past Players, Club Sponsors and, I might suggest, a large majority of members.
We will certainly find out how the land lies come Thursday.

If there is a new President there will be change.
I am sure that appropriate measures would be taken to surround himself with the right people.
A gently gently approach has been taken in order not to create chaos.
But change will be moved for knowing the group.
There are some extremely good people thereabouts.

Well tonight’s the night we find out the results of the AGM.

Yep, tonight is the night that decides the direction the club goes from here.
I hope that we have chosen the right path.
