Do we really want Josh Simpson?
I’d rather we pass on him.

Brady Grey has apparently already signed with West Coast.

Being linked to a few talls would be nice.

I agree 30+. Simpson does not appear to fit the mould of what we need.
As for Brady Grey, if the WCE deal is not yet done we may still have a chance.
WCE can only offer him $25000 as I understand the top up salary rules for their reserves side. However he may see a chance of himself being rookie listed.
Surely we can better the money. He would be a great get for us but I think he may be looking more at his prospects of a pathway back to AFL.
I hope we are still in with a chance.

I don’t reckon Brady Grey is as good a player as people may think. Averages 18 disposals from his 50 wafl games and doesn’t exactly have very damaging disposals

WCE reserves were offering Grey a development coaching role I heard....perhaps that is what swayed it in the end….well still in with a chance for Josh Simpson...a fella with plenty of X factor from memory...

Can't see Perth going for Simpson, not worth the hassle or the coin (and that's exactly what you would pay him in - coins!).

So looking at our “ins”,”outs” and our “maybes” so far it’s nowhere near enough to challenge for finals.

That “tomorrow”club announcement on the club website turned out to be a big fat nothing!
