Did anyone hear a crowd number?
Given it was one of the biggest games for Perth in many years, one would be presuming a bumper of a spectator number.
Cannot use the old worn out "weather" excuse for today!!!

according to 107.3FM around 2150 or thereabouts apparently wag...although the West is saying half that.

I would of said the crowd was around the 2000 mark.

The last two weeks have been very frustrating Dazzler. Against East Perth we were slow to move the ball on for three quarters while the opposition played quick footy and hurt us on the counter. We only got back into the game in the last quarter because of two things. We were left with no other choice but to move the ball quciker as it was do or die and East Perth had 2 or 3 players that were out for the game and this obviously hurt their rotations in the last quarter.


Again against Claremont we were slow with our ball movement and Claremont killed us on the counter and through turnovers. How many times did we over use the hand ball and give the ball by either hand or foot to a two on one situation that wasn't in our favour. Physically we were not strong enough in the forward line either. We are desperately crying out for a strong marking target down there to kick to.

Disappointing effort on Sat no doubt but hopefully they'll learn from that lesson.

Bennell deserves a mention for kicking 3 class goals and some of his defensive efforts were first class, must be being considered by AFL recruiters.

Didn't see the ressies but Garstone must be getting close and Marlin looks like he's in form.

A pity Ninyette was suspended again, he likes making his presence felt but needs to make sure he doesn't overstep the mark.

Looking forward to see if we can bounce back against SF!!
