Correct, it was a paperwork issue.
And was a ridiculous situation.
Don't play dumb BC and tell us that Subi don't play games with that extra $2m they turnover every year.

Perth may not have breached the cap but you did break the rules around declaring payments etc and got fined $20k.

And PFC's fine was reduced on appeal to $10K by my recollection.

If only the WAFC were as scrupulous with $ubiaco's football accounts as they have been with the likes of SD, P, WP & Peel but it probably gets back to that old saying about having "friends in high places" hey BC?!
