Yes, that was the good news last night. I hope he can come back refreshed and body ready to go.
Along with Michael Johnson (if he decides to play), that will make it two very good and versatile talls.
Now, fingers crossed for a ruckman but news was not so good last night on that front.

Not through lack of trying though Smokey. They have made contact with some talls and come quite close but unfortunately some things haven’t planned out.

Blake Johnson and DBW could possible play big roles next season.

We need to fill that ruck position and if we don’t I can’t see much changing onfield.

A tall that can play ruck and forward would be ideal.

If Latch’s body holds up that would free up Giblett to play more ruck.

Giblett is very much a part time ruckman I’m not sure he’d be able to do it for 18 games,we know what Eyres brings to the table.
We need a ruckman that can dominate centre bounce downs can control stoppages around the ground can link up play and take a grab at both ends of the ground.

A ruckman like that would be excellent. What I meant with Giblett was that if Latch played or another defender stood up that it would give us the flexibility to play Giblett in the ruck more often during games rather than having Eyres doing 90% of the ruckwork.

Also at the AGM they confirmed that White and Giobbi had definitely returned to Melbourne, McFarlane recieved a promotion at work and with a young family will find it hard to commit to training. Clint Jones is a wait and see till after Christmas and Kurtis Chester is spending 4-5 weeks in America atm and May sit out this year with the possibility of coming back for the 2020 season.

Any mention of Leggett and Sinclair. There were rumours about other clubs talking to Leggett, and Sinclair is often a bit iffy this time of year.

They said Leggett would definitely be in red and black next season. The only mention of Sinclair was that he’d go close to or play his 100th game for Perth next year.
