I have just read the article above and we need someone to replace Pendal before he takes us into the eagles alignment. He sounds so envious of what East Perth have. Is he seriously saying that we will sell our souls to the eagles and become their bitch even after all the criticism that has been vented of this host club situation. The club obviously needs new blood and from the top down. I don't mean eagles stooges either which Pendal sounds like he is. We need people to put Perh first. I can see us being swallowed up in the near future by the devil incarnate (as Swan42 calls them) and we will be left with a shell.

It appears to me that Vince has completely done a turnaround in attitude on the host club issue.
My understanding and I may be wrong was that his stance was "that we had never entered into talks and never would".
I recall conversations, unless I misinterpreted those conversations.
Yes the Club seriously needs a coup.

Anyone know what happened to former Vice President Bob Parker. Seem to remember Bob also had the Development portfolio and had it going pretty well. Thought Bob would have been a great option for President but never ran for it.
