Well the Eagles reserves gave the Dockers reserves a bit of a touch up on the weekend which might spell danger to those who think they'll be a pushover. I think the key is the health of the Eagles AFL squad. They seem to have few injury concerns while the Dockers are resembling a hospital ward atm. WC played 16 AFL listed players compared to Fremantle 11 in the Peel team.

That spells bad news for my club who plays them first up and anyone who goes up against them early. Peel on the other hand might be the easy beats until Fremantle start getting their players back on the park.

I’m certainly out of the loop when it comes to scratchies. Was there a team listing for the WC anywhere?

Poor old wce at afl level have to wait another two weeks before their ressies playing as a stand alone team cant start to turn around their performances.

Unless of course there is absolutely no relationship between the two.

Not 100% sure 58shark but I think he is trying to say that the Eagles reserves are not starting for 2 weeks so they can't obviously put any pressure on the underperforming AFL guys. Fairly irrelevant point anyway as I think Kennedy and a few of the other injured boys will be back next week anyway

The success or otherwise of wce and Freo and their reserves set up have nothing to do with each other. Let's say it's made a 2-3 per cent difference, that's not enough to justify all the problems has caused wafl.

Considering it is their first ever game in the WAFL.
NOT A LOT OF INTEREST BEING SHOWN.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.

The problems it has caused? What about all the money they generate? If the WAFC didn't own both clubs good luck to the WAFL - I'm a born and bred Swans supporter but most of the clubs barely manage to survive and certainly wouldn't if the AFL money dried up.
