This was a game of cricket, not Aussie Rules.

Obviously not going to happen, but it would be funny seeing Rabada go wicketless and go for plenty in the 3rd test.....even the fourth test too.... Can't see it happening though
... hopefully it will be a test for the ages.....one thing belting old boys like Jimmy and Broad around on roads.... another scoring quality runs v Rabada, Philander et al on a green top....time for some of these boys to earn their 6 figure pay packets..

As David 'Bumble' Lloyd said overnight re Rabada:
Everything I hear from a match referee from now on in I will take with a pinch of salt ...total waste of time and money ...QC's , Lawyers ??? What on earth is happening in cricket ?

Here, here!

One thing is for sure...sledging from the Aussies during next two tests will go to a whole new level to try and get him to do something stupid which has to be a pretty good chance.

Anch: correct
BC: correct -- just after the umpires had quietenned them down in the last test too

They should go back to the Imeprial Cricket Council where England and Australia used to run the game as they saw fit.

It is funny, because, back in those days, there was shitty umpirring too, but people just accepted the decisons and played the game. Crowe's decision should have stood. No prizes for guessing which country has done the most to damage cricket? But for those whom have not worked it out, BH, mentionned it in his post from memory.

Go for it I say. As someone said, it’s no longer a gentleman’s game. If there’s one thing the Aussies can do, it’s play tough.

Hey Freeze Nz are playing England in a day night test starting tommorow night at Eden Park.Exspect lots of 6's with those short straight boundaries.Would of thought almost April and the weather would be dodgy for a day/night test.

At this stage looks like Australia will go in unchanged, just hope that both Starc and Mitch Marsh are fully fit. If either one goes done during the game and the other isn't fully fit it will place a fair bit of pressure on Hazelwood and Cummins.
