Libs for me, I don't think the electorate are quite ready to give the labor/unions/greens/loony independants coalition a chance just yet but they had better lift their game or they wont get a third term.

SS...maybe if Turnbull gets re-elected it will give him the traction he needs within the party to start being himself. Obviously he had to tow the party line in order to get enough support internally from the right to de-throne Abbott. Winning an election in his own right will hopefully allow him to start pushing his own values on things like gay marriage and tax reform.

Turnbull is full of business hot air and hasn't got any balls like John Howard. Unfortunately Labor were farcical last time but I think most of us thought by voting the Libs back in would bring about stimulus and confidence in the economy but they (Abbot and Turnbull) have failed to deliver on that front and they have mucked up NBN feeding us some bullshit that a mickey mouse hybrid version would be just as good but cost much less and be delivered faster. It's been a disaster.

Along the way they have tried to slash and burn services to try and reduce the deficit.

Interesting, albeit naive comment about Howard. When he got in, I spewed, but over the years he proved to be a decisive and strong little buzzard. He is the greatest PM we have had in the modern era. He alone turned me from a staunch Labour supporter and voter to Liberal. Who knows, as BC said, Turnbull could turn out to be good for the country. Sure as shit, Shorty is certainly not what Australia needs.
