With a season that looked well panned out for the, seven games in a row at Etihad stadium, then a travel to the MCG, the season looked set. Then the football gods stepped in and took control
A series of serious injuries set them back a touch. But true to form they have stood firm and held their won under the circumstances. They have a group of young players who will be there for a long time.
Bontempelli is not a star of the future,he is a star right now.Dalhuis is a proven player and performs almost every week.Stringer does some incredible things and is certainly a star, if not now, then one in the making.
A huge weight must be on the shoulders of former GWS number one draft pick, Tom Boyd.He still has a long way to go to repay the millions he was given. But he is beginning to shw something.
Johannisen, is a good hard running half back that breaks lines and kicks goals, vital goals.
A couple of good forwards in Redpath and Roughead to boot.
From my view, very little down side to the Doggies and they will be stronger next season when they get back injured players.
