But it seems that even Civil Servants (the correct term for state PS) at high levels have not learnt from the past rorts of the BLF or maybe they learnt all to well!

Absolutely staggering corruption by these bottom feeders. Especially in a Department that is trying to service the more vulnerable people in our community and has been subject to massive budget cuts over the last 5 - 10 years. These scumbags were probably charged with implementing some of these cuts as well whilst having no problems with sponging off the taxpayer at the same time. What Hypocrisy.

And it would be fair to say if it's happening at NMHS, the same is happening elsewhere. Unless some one says differently!

But it can't be happening at Federal level - which of course is why we don't need a federal ICAC/CCC. ;)
