Hasn't anyone heard that Billy Shorten has been telling porkies? Seems his incredible screening of potential Labour politicians is mildly flawed. Four more dumped by the Court. Whilst you are at it would you like to explain the circumstances relating to the previous Senate's President departure from the Senate?

Would you also like to explain the promises by the Liberal Party relating to transport promises to Ellenbrook?

Perhaps you might like to explain whether the Liberal Party made promises to not reduce funding to Health, Education and the ABC prior to the 2013 election and whether those promises and commitments were honoured?

Would you also like to name any coalition government members whose citizenship status is in doubt?

I am waitting for the High Court to change its mind on the question in twenty years time.

Apparently the above is too difficult for LS to answer. Perhaps he may be able to answer why the Liberal Party will not be contesting the Perth and Fremantle by-elections. Perhaps he may be able to answer why the Liberals do not want to debate the GST share for Western Australia. Perhaps he may be able to answer why someone on $45,000 should be on the same tax rate as someone on $200,000.

To paraphrase LS: I have no answers to the above. Also, by the way LS Bill Shorten doesn't live in a vacuum. The election will be between the credibility or lack thereof between Bill Shorten and the ALP and Malcolm Turnbull and the Coalition Parties.

It will be a Federal election that will be fought in WA in the context of WA's share of the GST and the Liberal Party's lack of interest in WA given their disdain by not contesting Freo and Perth by-elections.

Turnbulls, comments were BEFORE the HCA decision and CANAVANs decision and were a legal opinion only....SHORTEN gave his ROLLED GOLD GUARANTEE after that and after it was obvious that he was hiding in eligible MPs,,,can I ask you ,,how much are Bills Rolled Gold Guarantees worth???? NOTHING.

ABBOTT promised to get rid of the carbon tax - which was EXACTLY what he did, juxtaposed to GILLARD who promised not to have one yet gave us one...

As for Turnbull his personal views are the opposite of what he is forced to agree to if he is to remain as PM.

Perhaps you can speak to why the President of the Senate DID NOT RESIGN immediately he knew that he was ineligible to be in the parliament.
