Personally I think its totally over the top chasing people up about this.

If your happy to get pics taken you should be prepared for who ever might see it.

Bazza, you cant have old world thinking in a new world environment.

Its illegial - regardless of what you think to on forward images of anyone - especially when they are in situations like that - without their consent. Whoever gets caught will end up in serious trouble. And it wont just be the person who sent the first picture, anyone that has on forwarded that picture will get caught up also.

Maybe the said Richmond person should have been more truthful and they should have deleted the photo like they said they did, then they would not be in a difficult spot now.

For mine, it's a low down disrespectful trick. I wouldn't have done it in the 1970's and still see it as a dog act today.

Nothing to do with old world, its common sense. stuff can go viral in seconds , regardless of the law, damage is already done. if someone gets the pic and they are overseas they can spread it and never be caught be Australian Law. If the world has changed then society needs to change also. regardless of the laws overseas there are laws in Australia and the people that broke them deserve all they have coming their way
