3 cheers for this great news. Federal SA senator Nick Xenophon is stepping down from federal politics to enter state politics. Has he finally worked out that stealing cash from WA and throwing it around like confetti into other states doesn't fix things or is he worried the states are going to agree to changing the GST carve up and wants to become Premier of SA to make sure that can't happen?

I think he is making the change back to state politics in the event that the High Court rules him ineligible to be a federal politician because of his alleged dual citizenship.

That is closer to the truth. Is he going to have to re-pay any salary or super back I wonder? Had I been paid monies I was not really entitled, I know what would happen to me!
