Would love to hear some game write ups?

Nolla were very good and Valley very bad. Nolla have some big bodies running through the middle that just dominated all day. Have recruited very well and also hung around to drink which is rare these days. Should be mandatory.

Whilst their player recruitment is good, their umpire is a joke. Gets paid $100 - $150 a game and his gps wouldn’t have run out of battery that’s for sure. Don’t think it would have ticked over 1km and you can’t make the correct decision 50-100m away.

Viper every year you complain about umpires it’s hilarious
Whilst I agree that there are some ordinary umpires out there have a look at your team and there effort on Saturday.
You get destroyed in the first game of the year by 19 goals and You and swan valley are complaining about the umpire.
Hilarious it’s going to be a long year for you with that kind of club attitude.
Maybe you need to pull on the orange shirt and show how’s its done.

Last year when everyone ragged on the High Wycombe umpire I said he was excellent so I provide feedback both ways

I umpired the pre season games to get some run in the legs so did that. Some good banter can be heard in the middle.

Viper mentioned an observation about the umpiring which was noticed, not once did he reference or refer to what you're alluding to, that the umpiring made up a 19 goal loss, if you read the comment very closely you'll notice that he gave an opinion about umpiring (again not associating the umpiring with the reason for a loss).

In the first couple of words he explained the loss, Nolla were very good and Valley very bad.

Stop trying to make something out of nothing for the sake of a keyboard fight, we are all aware that there as some average umpires running around and sometimes an umpire can have an off week.

Heard a massive punch up in the Lynwood v Dianella game, anyone explain ?

A player was yellow carded then red carded, he also proceeded to touch the umpire. The player in question will not be playing for a while.
Although on the day DM were very slick and showed great skills which bought together some great passages of play I think if they get some injuries to certain key players they will fall apart. There CHF and midfielders dominating most of the game.

From all reports, DM were very physical and not afraid to show a bit of biff, when Lynwood returned fire and gave them a bit of tast Of there own medicine they didn’t like it at all. They certainly wanted to make a statement and a name for them selve in C2.

One would say the only person you could call a flog is someone that complains about the umpiring every year over and over and especially after a 111 point loss and on round 1.

Hilarious call your self a flog this week when your team get so flogged again.

From what I have heard it was not a massive punch up. Just one bloke throwing punches
