Well,

The less said about next week the better, it was completely out of the blue and something all involved would not have envisaged. All the hype is around Claremont, I have not been overly impressed with their standard v Swans and EP but they won both games and we were putrid so underdog status is firmly with us.

I am still scratching my head with Shannon continuing to get a game whilst we have a pacey quality kid in West playing Dags, Shannon is currently the 23rd man (for the opposition) they are keen to trial next year. Lourey has been fantastic down back and this week plays forward ??? Hamilton should have had to come back through the Dags, you have to wonder if this had an impact with double standards etc, I won't say anymore on that topic.

Anyway, I still think we can beat Claremont, we have been really competitive all year and we have to throw everything at them.

I think it will be a top notch game . The last 5 matches between these 2 clubs have been close affairs.
And the latest word apparently, Monaghan is staying and coaching West Perth next year which is a good sign. Expect a different more determined West Perth to come up against Claremont. Looking forward to keeping an ear to the speaker with this match.

I think West Perth will take the chocolates - 23 points , too much on the line and this season they have been the 2nd or 3rd best side in the comp by a fair way. Cardies' midfield stacks up against what Claremont have and that halves it straight up

This looks like a very evenly matched game.West Perth won both games between the two sides by 18 points and 1 point. The 1 point game at Claremont was controversial because there may have been an incorrect decision at the end in relation to a touched ball which denied Claremont the winning goal.
At home I would favour the Falcons but only just.

After watching both games on TV last week I think the Tiges will win by around 4 goals. WP will need to lock down Tom Lee otherwise it could be more.
