If Claremont were to beat Subiaco, and West Perth get over South Fremantle, the league ladder will look interesting. Could have the scenario of 3 teams at the top of the league ladder on 36 points.

West Perth are paying $2.06 for the win. South Fremantle are on $1.74 for a win.
A draw is paying 51 dollars.

South have the best record of ANY team include West Perth at Joondalup

Tough game yesterday , I think though with Kuenan having another run under his belt , Manning ,Manzone and Rodda , then we line up much better and a considerably better result

Both teams had players on the sidelines. West Perth and South Fremantle will not play each other until sometime during the Finals.
Can't wait for the next match between the 2.
Interesting to note these two teams played in the 2016 opening round at Fremantle Oval whereby Souths won by 35 points. And in yesterdays match at the Arena and South Fremantle won by 35 points again. West Perth's home ground advantage is currently only 3 which is low.

Blacky in there and trying but lost the message of the coach (listening at the huddle)
Forwards generally not presenting on the day and the backs lost focus and more importantly their man ... cant close down an opposition play making if your 1 meter behind the players and the ball
Aiden Lynch tried all day
The soldiers that are always plugging away as players just fell short of the usual respectful show of effort and the result was secured

Not good enough for a team heading toward the finals- Sth had their own outs on the day and covered them successfully.
Much to consider and many a player needs to stand up and be counted ....

7 wins then this loss doesn't merit a -- "not to worry it the one we had to have" - NO ITS NOT.

Sth are beatable as are any team on the day
Watching the game it seemed to me, and its my own humble opinion, that We 'lost' more than were beaten and that's not trying to take away from Sths performance - I would just like to see the two teams go at each other fully topped up with players and giving it their all - all day long
Now that's a game I would'nt mind paying to see..

Might be chance we'll play another fixture against each other in September this year - hasn't been one for a fair while so that's a good thing for WAFL footy
