Perth should win this game comfortably unless Swans increase their desperation and intensity by a significant margin. The tackle count last week was 62-47 to East Perth even though they had 70+ more possessions than us.
Perth will smash us by over 10 goals if we serve up that sort of stat on saturday.
I would expect at least 3 or 4 changes in the team this week. More physicality and pace in the midfield and more options in the forward line so we can score a few more than 7 goals this time. Some guys who may be in the frame for selection include Bain,Riley, Mackenzie, Reidy, and Daniels.
The forecast rain may favour Swans if the game turns into a slog.

There will be enough Good Friday Rain to mud-up the centre square. After the ressies are finished. With the terrible drainage at Basso.7 goals might get Swans close to winning again..

If we can only manage 7 goals a game in absolute perfect weather for footy as we have had in the first 2 weeks then god help us if it belts down!!

I'm just hoping that they can
1. Get their hands on the ball a bit more often
2. When they have the ball, do something constructive with it
3. When they haven't got the ball show a bit more desperation in chasing and tackling than they did last week.

If they can do these 3 then we can at least give Perth a decent contest whatever the weather turns out to be.

We also had less tackles than SF in Round 1 despite them having 70 more disposals Mike.
If you go through the stats from the previous few years they are not isolated cases either.
You would have to go back to late in the 2015 season to remember a SD side that laid the required amount of pressure on the opposition when we havent got the footy or have turned it over (which we do all to regularly for my liking)!!

The DEES have laid 72 and 93 tackles in the 2 rounds.
SD 53 & 47.
I have been impressed with our pressure and exciting play on style.
Worried about the weather though it tends to even contests out.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.

These are massive differences DF. If repeated this huge tackle discrepancy will translate into a big win for you guys irrespective of the weather. Swans are the team that need to lift, Perth just need to keep doing what they have been doing very well.
2 changes to the team this week. Dean and Fullgrabe out, Bain and Daniels in. Hopefully these 2 can give the midfield a boost. We all know how talented Mitchell Bain is from his memorable running goal in his debut game.

When Rogers scores that 55m goal midway in the 2nd.The score was 7-3 too 0-7..Looked like 100 points+ loss for Swans.Late in the second SD kicked 2 and missed 2.
The 3rd was interesting with Swans having the better of the play but no scoreboard impact.Clint Jones was superb in the 3rd qtr.
Last 10 minutes was kaos and great to see Swans hit the front.Well done to both sets of fans for a 3000+crowd on Easter Saturday. It was noisy at the end there.Perth had a big few weeks looked a bit flat after half time. But done enough in the first half.
Swans missed goal right on 3\4 time was a shocker. After a very hard working qtr.
