Congratulations to Tony Notte who will play his 200th League game for Swan Districts this Sunday against West Perth. Hopefully the results of the revious weeks can be reversed.
Also congratulations to the club on having all 3 sides in the finals for the first time since 2008. In that year the League were runners up, the Reserves were eliminated in the 1st Semi Final and the Colts won their 2nd flag in a row.

Heard Jonathan Marsh squabbling with Notte on the boundary line yesterday. Reckons he's got Notte covered and when called out on it by a SD sideliner his only retort was to call him a fat old nobody. Jonathan Marsh you are a flog, respect your elders. You only trying to get inside his head coz ya can't beat him on the field. I shall reserve the word " douche " for you from now belittled Jon boy.

Yep I'll pass on my congrats to Nottey - big achievement these days at WAFL level , and there's not too many like him that can switchfoot to attack & still do the same damage

Tony is an absolute legend of our club who was yet again one of our very few good contributors yesterday.
If only we had 3 Tony Notte's at Basso to play forward, back & midfield!

Tony never plays a bad game.Never beaten in the air.Problem is he's a good as a fwd as a key defender.Really believe Swans who play a horrible defensive slow ball movement game of Footy.Needed to start Tony fwd ysrda.

Serves the SD sideliner right for opening his mouth in the first place DW.....that was a "discussion" between Notte and Marsh....on the footy field.......pretty sure Notte is good enough and big enough to shut Marsh up himself without "help" from a sideliner......imagine if the sideliner had done that on a Saturday night walking through Northbridge ....pretty sure he would of got a lot worse than being called a fat old nobody!!.....

But hey understand every SD fans sentiment to Notte.....absolute class player who sadly got drafted too young and flicked off way too soon.....congrats on your double hundred.....not only a SD legend but a WAFL one.

Hopefully the new coach has the sense to play Tony at Full Forward and leave him there all year!
