I seem to recall, but I could be in error, that there was a really good ruckman at Swans who spat the dummy and left, that enable Lobb to move upto league and display his talents and get drafted (what a pick he is as well).

Been racking the grey stuff but perhaps the reds have kicked in(at last as my wife is want to tell me)!

Wes was an honest footballer who gave 100% every time he pulled the jumper on had a massive running tank for a ruckman but would probably be fair to say was not as talented as Rory Lobb.
He would have been handy this year with Doc going down at the first bounce to give young Yukich some support.
I remember Wes in the 07 Colts GF doing a number on Cale Morton from CL who had kicked 8 goals in the Colts Prelim that year keeping him quiet and even sneaking forward to kick a goal himself.
