It amazes me that some supporters don't realise it takes longer for the taller guys to develop. Whilst I don't think the Wes will ever reach the top echelon of ruckman who have played for Swans I believe he will develop into a more than useful ruck man and with a couple of the other young ruckmem coming through may develop into a pretty good combination which in turn will help Notte (who had a good game last Saturday).

Surely your not referring to the same Wes that last season was the WAFL`s most improved player and leading ruckman in all stats..and he will only get better. Im glad he is on our side as he hits more contests than ANY other ruckman in the comp and is easily the FITTEST with the biggest tank!

As both SD & S42 have already said Wes gets better with experience & has the biggest tank in the WAFL for someone his size. His skills still need a little fine tuning but he more than makes up for that with his never say die attitude. When it all comes together for Wes & under the tutelage of the great man Percy he could win a Swan Medal & be a future skipper of the mighty black & whites imho.

I am not sure that it was Swans' decision for them to go to Peel.

Think you will find that with most of the comp this year mate, whoever keeps injuries to a min will stay in contention longer
