If Blake Broadhurst is meant to be taking the year off to get his injuries right, why is he playing footy for Bunbury? Doesnt seem to make sense does it...?

Yes wondered that myself, I know they pay good money down that way, and he
wouldnt have to train, but its still strange, maybe he hasnt had surgery yet!

Maybe you should have kept Broady and Re.
Re's kicked 10 goals in the first two games this season.
With Broady, Re and Adamson-Holmes in the forward line, Bunbury
are looking good.

I agree, I think Re could go very well in our forward line at the mo.

Looks like a Subi reunion in Bunbury!
Could do with Broady at the moment if fit. Re was usually injured throughout most his time at Subi and Adamson Holmes obviously didn't have the motivation to continue at WAFL level.

Re was fit last year and played ressies up until June 30. He had broken his leg quite badly the previous year and missed the season. He worked really hard to get back but he wasn't getting the opportunity to play league due to Chambers even though he was in the best every week for the ressies- talking to him last year he said he may as well go country and play with his mates as he was getting frustrated being told on the Tuesday he was playing league that week and then told he wasn't on the Thursday.
Don't blame him - cost him a fortune in medical bills that weren't covered by the club.

I'm glad Matt Whitbread is still playing football. I remember him playing Dev squad and colts. Copped one of the worst injuries I've seen in a colts game at Joondalup.

Jeez so the house they allegedly bought for him last season to twist his arm to play last season was a good deal for him...surely the bloke must be taking the piss???
