Solid start to the scratchies, but hard to gauge, sounds like most of the new boys that got a run did well and we are eternally grateful to the incompetence of the AFL recruiters for overlooking Ryan. Had a few first pick players out but I'm sure Swans were well under full strength.

Expect next week to be a much tougher test against the Tiges who have the players and the coach to match it with any team this season. Will miss this one as well with a wedding to go to

You tell me S42, I wasn't able to get to the game, but given some good recruiting and the return of some handy ex AFL boys one would have expected a better showing by your mob, so I assumed that you were not at full strength which is usually the case with the first scratchie. Don't take it as a dig at your precious club, just an observation from afar.
