Good to see some new faces in the side along with a few of the youngsters being given a crack early to see how they handle the step up.

This game was originally one of the boycott games....but the 7 clubs went soft!

A good game at times LH, thought the small indigenous lad showed a lot and turned a tight contest around for Subi with his attack on the ball and willingness to run. Did not go away disappointed in EP and their game for a first hit out against another team.

Yeah East Perth have some nice players there mate. Good contest. Yeah Antoine Garlett lifted when the game was on the line which was nice to see.

I tell you one thing, I didn't expect to get soaking wet and cold at the first match of the season.

Looks like some things never change...another fkn fade out loss!!!
