I was a point off butt WP were way off. Better 2nd half by us when we were 9 goals to 12. Worabec is the dumbest shit I have ever witnessed umpiring, there has been a rule change regarding ducking and the bald maggot seems to think that Schloithe and Hams are immune to it, there were 3 goals from dropping of the knees and Kietel who is 4 foot taller couldn't get one standing up, bloody frustrating.

Southerner: Your right mate, he was kicked out of the club, along with one or two others, by Brian Douge. We were not travelling very well at all. I think he would have been 'surplus to requirements' at South, especially in 1979. He returnned to the Lions in 1981 and managed a few league games.

On Randall, he always says that he left because he was not in great form and Subi had a new coach, which is not how I remember it. Burton coached us in 1979 and the first two games of 1980 before getting the chop after Perth thrashed us by 100 points. I am glad he played some good games in his South years, years I am sure he treasures.

Randy was on some pretty good coin to switch jumpers - but we were under the EF scoreboard by the old dunnies & entry gates and remember saying fark how strange it looks having a Neil Randall in Rosey's number
