Lads get their chance to rebound this week against the AFL club , there will be some changes given the result last week - a new face in Chad Pearson #43 a reliable young fellow in the ressies named as well.
Important to shake it off & I'd expect a savage response

I would expect the response to be brutal and ferocious, if not we do not deserve the mantle of being premiership contenders yet....

Good to see a number of changes B Verrier and Donaldson need to go back and get some form in the reserves over a number of weeks,not just the one week... I think with the forecast of wet weather Solomon may miss out this week and Strom is persevered with. Pearson should replace Luff , he is a very talented young player has plenty of poise and very disciplined and solid. Russell should come into replace Verrier and Florenca has earned the opportunity to replace Donaldson.
The West Coast reserves team are looking for four wins in a row so will be chock full of confidence so the promises to be a stiff test for lads.

The better team didn't win today.That's the way it goes sometimes.We were not playing well for most of the second half and some of us were hoping for a honourable loss.An inspired last 15 minutes by the royals and maybe souths thought they had it won.

More disposals more inside fifties I would say it was an even game. Kelly seems to have gone to another level this year would walk into any AFL team and do very well.

Not sure if you will but could you tell me how Scott Jones did, media says ok but would value your opinion. I have worked with and watched him since development days and I have not made it to game since debut so have not seen in a league environment, thx

Very costly loss Southerner. Back in the pack now. Only two players in that side deserve to be in the State team and that is Kelly & Schloithe. None of our forwards do. They are too hit and miss.
