Just out of interest, I wonder when the last of the lace ups really was? Subi had them in 1986 and maybe later. Sturt had them much later I believe

Sorry mate - for us , they gradually stopped although Noel wore them for years
Yeah and that's right - they were worn in SA up into the 90's
