That's the Plan B without the AFL tender in it , so I'm going to take it there's nothing special train-wise

Grass the FCC was very much up front during the futile pointless exercise of offering the housing to the AFL mob

They wanted AFL games in the Port , and/or as many showcase fixtures as possible

Hence why we see this (WAFL) centre of excellence in the plans

Yep Excellent plans mate, 2021 sounds like the go.

Really like the following.
1. EFFC moving in and new shared facility and the Oval with EFFC
2. WAFL Centre of excellence
3. New Community Gym (the current one I use at the Aquatic Centre is ordinary)
4. Underground Carpark, has to happen to compensate for SFFC loss of current parking lots.
5. Leased Business and Residential for income.
6. Realigned Oval and Parklands - will make it multi use.
7. New entry a flow through from the Old Synagogue historic precinct, which has been ignored for years now.

All in all looks tremendous.

Think that plan is long gone mate. Was supposed to entire the purple peanuts to stay but they roundly packed up and pissed off to become the Cockers.
