South Fremantles playing stocks could be boosted if Cory Dell’Olio gets a chance to play in the 2016 Finals. One of the 3 players banned at seasons start. Depending whether a Swiss Federal Tribunal uphold an appeal from players against their suspension for using a banned substance. Apparently a result could be known this month. If the appeal is successful, Dell’Olioall would be eligible to play finals.
South Fremantle “would never say never” about Cory Dell’Olio playing finals next month, given a favourable result at the appeal. Dell’Olio would return to the Bulldogs if required by the club though chief executive Stuart Kemp warned that it would be a substantial challenge for him to have an impact in finals after missing most of the season.
The club had been in regular contact with the State forward about playing next season.

This ruling would also apply to Brendan Lee & Leroy Jetta as well - it would be a tall order for Dell to play this late in the season given his lack of match hardness & if it were to be I would say he would be more likely in the ressies squad but you just never know

He is highly regarded a good little bloke to boot , I'm hoping this goes well for him fingers crossed

Grass in all honesty even if it did succeed & whatever - I'd be skeptical if Dell would be able to slot in at this late stage , bloody big ask of someone not able to train anywhere but privately

There's only one process going on here & that is a Court sitting somewhere in Euro at some stage soon , don't know what ruling will be handed down so absolutely no plans could be formed until then or 2017

Yeah no stress - like you highlighted it could take months , by then we will have snatched up our Cold Beer & walked away from the Telly in an equal mixture of disgust & bad manners after watching our magnificent Oz cricket first XI get pulverised early this summer mate
