Peter DK (who I have never heard of ) clearly did not watch the game or should be commentating a sport like Speed Skating

It was good that the ins worked. Z kicked 4, Hansen was good especially in last q. Jake got enough of it. They have to keep trying to get the side right and to get goals out of the midfield, when we do we win. To consistently get no score from mids, except burner now and again, no good. For such a good midfield who gets plenty of it we are no good at clearances either. Time to give Taylor a run on the ball with josh Burke in? Happy to believe it is eyresy’s fault that we are a poor clearance side. He’s not much good and around the ground OMG. Chuck dbw in and let’s get back to winning ways!!!

DS, I was going to highlight the same stats you did. Having 6 touches between those two is like being two men down. I would drop both Langdon and Dennis. Ninja comes in. I'd bring Garstone back. I accept his form has not been great, but his size alone at least makes the defence put some work into him. Seriously, how much sleep would any half decent defender lose knowing he is lining up on Langdon? Cary, Rogers and Bell on thin ice. Starting to thing Rogers and Bell are just too slow to be league players. For next week I wouldn't make any more changes than dropping Langdon and Dennis, but it goes without saying that we need to arrest this slide urgently. Our scoring power has dropped off alarmingly. We have kicked 8-9 goals the last 3 weeks. Yes, we got over Claremont, but if we don't find 12-15 goals a game we are going to struggle. Of concern to me that as the season goes on WP, SD, EF and EP seem to be gelling and improving while we are not, especially up forward.

This is getting off topic I know but where was the food truck last home game. Have good old Hungry Jacks told the club to get rid of it.
Oh well, no more hot dogs, pies, sausage rolls, ham and chicken rolls.

Not happy about the slow start, we just can't afford to do that against anyone but on the positive side it was good to see Zareth Roe come for his first game of the season after missing all of 2018 and booting 4 goals. That adds another weapon up front and hopefully he and Bennell and Ninja can develop some chemistry together and young Ethan Hansen made a promising debut by the sounds of it. It is vitally important we turn it around and get back on the winners list this week against Swans who are playing some good football and can't be underestimated. We were probably lucky to beat them last time.
