This should be a good game. The Demons are playing pretty well and East Perth had a win today against East Fremantle. Scott Lycett played well against the Sharks as did Brendan Lee and Ryan Maldenis. Will be a battle of the rucks with Paul Johnson and Lycett going up against Daniel Murray Christian Eyres and Mitch Leyendekkers if he comes back in. Freddie Clutterbuck, Aaron Sweet, Lee and Maldenis will have to be stopped in the midfield while Josh Smith and Matthew Seal can't kick a bag of goals.

Hopefully Lycett and Rosa get called up for the Eagles this week!!

Why? Get over it, EP are now an Eagles aligned team and if you are frightened of Lycett and Rosa tearing you apart you can't have a lot of belief in your side. We have 3 genuine ruck prospects and possibly all 3 will be required to combat not just Lycett but also Johnson and Smith who are much bigger threats than Lycett.

EP are Perth's bogey team and i tipped them to beat EF, it has taken Brain Dawson and the players a little time to gel but I reckon they might be starting to play some good footy and i reckon this will be McMahon's new born again Demons first true test. Will the honeymoon be over for McMahon or will he tease Perth supporters a little longer??

Johnson and Smith are bigger threats than Lycett but if you leave Lycett alone then he will have a bid day. Important in my opinion to play Leyendekkers, Murray and Eyres in the same side. We lose Colledge to a broken jaw and Tunbridge is every possibility to also come back in now that he has served his suspension and played ressies last week. Is it to early for Chance to return or does he come back against Claremont which would be 4 weeks since he injured his hamstring.

The fact that we have an 11 day break to EP's 4 days is a huge advantage to us,i would expect us to win under those circumstances even if East Perth and Leederville oval are our bogey.
If we are fair dinkum about this season then we should win!

Yep got that wrong oh well the fact its at home plus the 11 day break to 4 days is an even bigger advatage to Perth,must be all these home games we have had that i just thought we were due for an away game!

Absolutely Swedgen, I think all Perth supporters are hoping that happens. Johnno though apparently is more concerned with McMahon coming unstuck.

I am worried about their height up forward. Kane and Risol have done well so far this year but they will be fighting above their weight and height on thursday.
