Mr AFL I love your subtle use of the word bye in that post of yours....gotta feeling you want it to be a bye this week or Perth having been playing of late like they have been in bye mode..think Perth may surprise a few folk here...but hey like SD season last year you guys have been crippled with injuries....though TBH not as bad as SD were last year...but pretty close...

Definitely Stack and hopefully Eyres if he has recovered from injury.
Also maybe Edmonds and Marshall Jones. Too many young guys in the league side right now who are not up to anywhere near league standard at this stage.

Yep, sadly I can't see us winning another game this year which means we have clinched the wooden spoon. We can't beat EF down on their paddock and they will have a better percentage than us by then.
I fear that all the kids are feeling sore from continual physical battering from physically stronger sides all season, and the realisation that they are not good enough to play finals.
Having said all that, except for three demoralising halves against Subi, Sharks and Souths it is difficult to fault the hard at it commitment of the players during the season. The plain truth is that as a whole the playing group has just not been good enough.
A lot has been said about what is required to change all this around. I just hope that those who make the decisions wont allow the drought to extend to 41 years.

The weather could be our saviour tomorrow plus if the team doesnt respond to 5 of the worst quarters the club has seen then for mine serious questions have to be asked but then again such questions should have been asked in previous seasons inluding last year.
