Both clubs want it finished this year. Looks like logistically it would be difficult to sort everything out in time. The Eagles have announced their intentions, all the WAFL clubs are aware. EP in lockdown no info being shared for what reason I don't know. No doubt negotiating with the WAFC over the details.

Logistics didn't seem to be a problem in creating the alignment. It's June 2017 for god sake, Eagles just need to pluck players out of ammos and country leagues and I'm certain a few ex WAFL players might stick their hand up. East Perth just goes back to being East Perth.

Players are the easy part there are thousands around. Fixtures, equipment, staffing etc far more complicated. I'm sure every WAFL club will want all sorts of concessions and handouts. They will argue just long enough to get the worst outcome possible. That is the way the WAFL works.

Not the last time I looked in a mirror. If I was, I wouldn't be sitting on the crappy wooden seats.

Oh my error sorry, that's the spot Dean normally watches the colts and some of the reserves. I take it you arrive a little later in the day. What do you think of our chances tomorrow One Time Only, I feel the backline will be busy.

I usually get there about quarter time in the Ressies and when I do, and if Dean is there, he could be sitting up the back with the players.

And if I was Dean, do you think I would be posting on a football chat-site?

I feel our backline will be far busier than Subiaco's.

OTO and R19 should have plenty of WCE players to watch this arvo ... But lots of EP in the Reserves. I hope you solve the WAFL's problems today. Should get a good taste of what a WCE stand alone team will look like

15 WC in the League side which equals Round 1 as the highest number of the season.

And unfortunately I think they could be there for a while as I saw nothing to suggest any of them would be fast tracked back into their AFL side.

Unless of course they lose Mitchell and Shuey.

We have been seeing the basis of a stand-alone side all season
