Great 2nd half by EF colts v SF to run out easy winners....seems that once Brennan moved Dillon O'Reilly into the forward line the kid kicked a bag and the rest of the team followed....Not sure why O'Reilly was even doing playing up back....could be an AFL directive for Brennan....fark that when the kid is an out n out goal kicker.....looks like SF were dependent on Luke Moore for their goals....did well again kicking 5 to half time.

EF look like they will be better for the run with almost their best side available....only missing small goal sneak in Josh Ritchie.....great to see U/18 AA in Sharpe back from PSA footy as well.....first of four sudden death games for the team to win if they are to go back to back....big ask... because Subi, Peel and SD have some class acts.....should be a cracking finals series.....well done to SF on coming home strong to reach the finals.....next week is another challenge for EF youngsters....touch wood this team can stay fit and improve over the month of September...

Awesome second half by the EF lads Freez ... I thought ruckman Watson was the catalyst to start the ball rolling for EF in the second half gave the EF miss an armchair ride. Well done sharks commiserations yo the young Bulldogs...

Another tough game for EF colts this Sunday v Peel colts....0/2 v Peel this year, though both games haven't been by too much.......be interesting to see if Brennan plumps O'Reilly forward from the off.....kicked 6 after half time when moved to FF last weekend v SF.....O'Reilly and D Curley provide EF with two key targets up front, with ruckmen Jackson or Watson also lurking whilst resting up front too......also Brown and Jones are handy goalkicking types too.....and mosquito boys in Pigram, Patat and E Curley have chipped in with some opportunistic goals as well......mids in Rivers, Sharpe, Robinson, Jackson and Murdock have won plenty of the footy throughout the year as well.....up back Davidson et al will be keys to curtailing Peel's forwards.....Subi or SD await the winner....

good luck to the EF colts today v Peel in the 1st semi.....another sudden death game.....be great if the youngsters can find a way to reach the GF and win back to back flags.....no easy task from the elimination final though......definitely will need all the big guns in O'Reilly, Sharpe, Murdock, Watson, Robinson, Davidson and Curley on song that is for sure...….

Heartbreaker. Pretty even all day but Peel jumped out to a 26 point lead early in the last before our boys stormed home to lead by 4 points on a Dillon O'Reilly snap. Peel hit back with about 3 minutes left and then young Monaghan had a chance to cover himself in glory but passed and Peel held on after a goal square scramble. Devastating for the young fellas but a great game.
O'Reilly and Dylan Curley were well held

Cheers for that KC....sounded like EF did well to get their noses in front in the dying stages of the last, as you say trailing by 4 goals in the last...only to be pipped at the post....the two heroes from last week in O'Reilly and Dylan Curley experienced the downside of sport by struggling this week to get amongst the goals......only one between them after 10 last week...

Hopefully those colts boys jumping up to seniors next year hang around....some likely sorts in Watson, Davidson, Murdock, Murphy, Diggle, Wright and Robinson....plus possible draftees in Joyce, O'Reilly and Dylan Curley.....next year's colts will have some gooduns in the likes on Luke & Jai Jackson, Rivers, Sharpe, Ruscoe, McGuire, Trefry and state u16 boys in Ed Curley, Carroll, Walker x 2, Haddow,Tirant and Dann......plus some other unkown PSA or country gems..
