what is wrong with bloke whom used to wear the number 45 for the blue and whites? He has coached at WP and Subiaco.

I can’t see much changing next year TBH. Who is going to make the hard decisions on the current list? You’d think the new FM and new coach wouldn’t have the understanding of what needs to be done as they haven’t been apart of it. Recruiting will be next to impossible. Good luck to the new team but it’s going to be hard work

Do not worry. He is working very hard behind the scene to assist effc make the right decisions for the future as part of a team of effc veterans who hav3 had enough

Quite right KC. Check out a current WAFL coach who maybe interested in the FM role. Would be a bonus.

Perhaps with Monaghan's son Tom playing at EF the club, Bill maybe interested in a role like that....can't see it happening though......perhaps Lockyer could be interested.....always interesting to see many names bandied around at the beginning....then one by one they drop off......didn't Dwyer apparently come close last time when Wiley got the job?........does the new coach give all n sundry a clean slate or do they come in and start moving people on reliant on the info they are being given?...don't envy their task one bit.

A current Senior coach? Would've thought it could only be Monaghan, but then- why wouldn't he just coach??

A guess the coach and FM positions would appeal to some ambitious types who would relish the challenge of turning it around. I think that's why they'll look for a younger coach. Here's hoping the support is around them but looking at the past few years- no chance in hell

End of the month surely at the latest for the coach....as for the footy manager would like to think sooner with varying AFL clubs delisting guys and other leagues wrapping up final wise....Down to 5 I have been told.....
