One would like to think after last week's encouraging performance v Peel EF would go into this match v Perth with confidence....LOL....pity that is not how EF rolls though these days... Schofield some how got a reprimand...not sure how with his record.. .. Boekhorst went for a scan yesterday apparently....so can't see him playing even if the scan is good news....not sure where LA is...nor BOB.. but can't see them playing on their limited preparations.....Loersch and Snafden next week apparently are good to go.......so after that big reserves loss not sure who comes in TBH.....

Both sets of fans need a win to keep the spirits up....gonna be depressing for which ever clubs fsms lose.....Perth have lost Garstone. .being a tall forward that surely hurts them...can expect Ninyette to kick a few tho....also no Stack these days....blessing for EF as he only played one good game all year and that was v EF...LOL....

All three grades need a win....

Well 2 out of 3 ain't bad so I would settle for a colts and league win. We could be excused for being confident of that happening. I think we are looking at least 2 changes to the side that ran the dockers close last week. The likes of JMac, Harding, Burton, J.Wynne, Corey Holmes, Cuneo, Bailey and Omedei must all be pushing close to league spots. Could be time to consider young Dillon O'Reilly too.

apparently the tribunal got it wrong with schofield & revisited the report & decided to offer him a 2 game suspension......WTF????????????????

Pity about the change of heart...but Schofield does have a tendency to be a tad firey.....Bristow out as well....what was the scan news for Boekhorst in the end?....good to see Ambrose Ryan in, also Hampson at FF is a good move in search of some goals.....Perth like EF look small up front and back....can see it being a close contest.....

On form you have to pick EF, even if the Peelmantle side last week was not chock full of AFL stars but I note that an above poster says form from one week for EF doesn't translate to form the next week. I am encouraged by this but could someone expand?

Whenever is the Peel side during the home and away matches chock full of AFL stars?...usually happens come finals time....Darcy, Meek, Jones,Apeness and Dixon will stretch most sides in the WAFL height wise up front....lack of height up back is usually EF downfall.......but hey last week was last week.....EF are missing Bristow, Bockhorst, LA, BOB,Loersch and Schofield....all important personnel in EF top 22 one would think......reckon Perth are good bets to sneak a win tomorrow

Perth might be good bets but I think you will be poorer for it. Both LA and Bob have been out for a while now so not sure if you can claim them as outs. Loersch has yet to play for us and big James Bristow on last week is not in our best 22. Schofield will be missed but I think Cuneo is a good replacement. There is a few knocking on the door for a spot - not superstars but still at least there is some competition for spots.

club appealed & schofield suspension reduced to 1 week
bristow probably concussion as he required stitches for a head wound
boekhorst ruptured acl
brock i reckon will retire due to ongoing hammy issues

Anyone know if the game is going to be broadcast? Buggered if I can find anything on it.
