I hope that Symonds has not gone as he was really starting to develop this year after several injury plagued years.

Totally agree KCEF....Marsh at CHB wouldn't be a bad move.....he has the speed, height and strength to provide some defensive rebound....

Loersch is a like for like replacement for Symonds....though Symonds height would be handy if injuries were to strike any of EF big men...

With Chris Scott sadly missing out on a rookie spot, EF has a ready made 193cm plus key defender for next year.....good for the club, not so for Scott....though being a country boy wouldn't blame him one bit seeking some good coin playing back in the GNFL....

He's a good kid Freez , good character he will be at Sharks mate and will be a player to watch next year.

Hopefully EF see a bit of action on the recruiting side this week post draft...its been awfully quiet for a week or so.....LOL.....two more will be nice....

I hope all the Subihaters out there turn their collective attentions to the gummies after signing Griffin, Kommer, Loersch and now hitting up Palmer, Suban, Boekhorst and anyone else with a pulse. Good on the Sharks I say as it's all fair game but prepare yourself for a series of attacks from those entitled individuals from out Midland way.

Spot on MO, imagine how many GF's your boys could have played in if the club and their amateur hour management hadn't pissed away all that lucrative mining money!!

A lot of favourable circumstances attached to EF recruits so far BC et al....Griffin is a loyal sort, showed last year when EF v Peel, Griffen instigated Peel players to form a guard of honour after Stevo's 150th game....that to me exudes loads of good personal character traits....Kommer has a really good mate at EF, Jansen and Snadden recent EF colts players with mates from those sides still at the club...Loersch not so sure.....Swallow, if plays WAFL, has close family links with the club and of good character....not sure about Palmer, Suban or Boekhurst....think money will talk for the former two and close SD links for the latter fella.....though hopefully EF has a really close mate of any of those boys mentioned in their leadership group putting the hard word on them to come to EF...but reckon SD close links with Boekhurst will get him back down to Steel Blue......sometimes variables outside money and other clubs control play a huge part in a clubs recruiting....character, mates, employment, location, coach etc ....EF has used most of those so far to get their signatures first.
