I heard that as well. I think it was John Townsend. He slso said that Chriton & BOB were go to retire.
And Griffen & Ibbitson returning to EF.

....cheers for the effort Watto if true...kicked 30 this year as a ruckman - forward....more than last year where he was a forward - ruckman.....might go out with a Lynn Medal perhaps

Good news and bad news. Losing a couple of old experienced heads and gaining a couple.

Just got to pinch a few delisted AFL boys from other WAFL clubs then boys....one would think Freo will hang on to Griff as insurance if Clarke gets the flick....Darcy and Sandi will be top two....Strnadica still developing.....as for Ibbo....yeah his experience up back would be invaluable for a few of EF up n coming defenders......can see Jansen getting delisted...perhaps Snadden....other than that nobody else springs to mind

Watson came good this year and will finish highly in the Lynn. Disappointing to see him go along with Henson, Critchton and Stephen. Getting Griffin and Ibbotson only covers those- and only in the short term. Recruiting has been an issue for a few years now

Heard tonite Henson is gone too

As KCEF said last werk Henson is one of a few retiring....100 game player from EF 2010 colts flag side....had his moments and whilst his experience will be missed EF have a multitude of his sort at the club....time to give the likes of Holmes,Burton,Harding,Bennett,Baskerville etc their turn....

Like every other club,EF will be looking far and wide for players, obviously as AFL teams cull their lists there will be much talk about who is available and what is needed...nothing much happens till post draft day as unwanted players cling onto their AFL dream....

Obviously if Watson does or has gone, then some one like McInnes would be a like for like replacement....also with SF over abundant forward line no doubt a couple of their guys from the seconds could be on the radar.....already talk about EF recruiting hard...but hey that is the same talk every club has every off season.....not holding my breath until players are wearing an EF jumper..
