Lester-Smith surely has to be injured - he has been playing well. Good to see Winton possibly back. Symonds with his height more than anything else may too be an inclusion.

Not a bad time to get Peel with Griffin and Darcy out of the ruck, Fyfe, Sandilands and Grey out for Freo. I think we can pinch this one- especially with the lack of depth by the looks of the Peel Reserves

Young DeLuca has also been promoted, he's been in peelmantles best most weeks so that's a big loss.
I reckon the Gummies are a big chance this week, should get good odds on them. Hope you go out and smash them.

Ryan has done his ACL and won't be back this season..

Thats a real shame - Snuffy has been most solid this season and will be missed. Hope to see him back next season.

Tough break for both club and player......putting it in plain black n white terms, EF have been shafted with injury this year...LA, Macca, BOB, Hampson, Marsh and Lester-Smith.....Captain, Vice Captain, best player, best performing mid and two senior players out all at once....good opportunity for newbies too step up tho.....Winton obviously back for Snuffy2....Taberner usually has a birthday against EF....thank fudge Jetta aint playing tho......could be a good time for EF to play Peel.....few injuries to the sister ship resulting in a few call ups.......

1.6 in the 3rd quarter seems to of bitten EF in the arse in the end....6.1 and it could of been game on....for a club playing at home, all 3 grades kicked poorly again....who is in charge of goal kicking practice down at Moss St?.....well done to Ambrose Ryan on his debut...how did the young fella go?....

You know your stuffed when Zac Dawson kicks more than one goal....actually even gets more than one kick.....when was the last time ROB kicked 3 goals in a game of footy?...dont think he kicked that many in over 100 games for EF....lol

Scrappy game. The young Sharks took it right up to Peel- who didn't have much of a team TBH. Ball movement inside 50, an achilles heel for many a year, really let us down. Peel have a formidable defense- with Collins, Hughes, Ibbotson ect. Only 3 goals for the day isn't great. And to make things worse, we lost all 3 games

Last weeks win just glossed over the issues. They surfaced again this week. YES, there a lot of injuries, but to only kick 3 goals in 4 quarters !! I think Phil Matera is the forward / kicking coach, but only surfaces on Game days. The Sharks ball movement between the 50mt lines was Ok, just the entries in to the 50 were off. Maybe some creative coaching could have seen a different avenue to goal open up.? They did well to hold Peel to 9 odd goals, but i thought they should have actually won it. Well done to the young Ambrose Ryan on his call up. Was a late one with Howson out, so he had little time to prepare. Too many excuses, and people and players start to believe them....
