They should have guaranteed his contract ie. until the end of next season. Not sure why they needed to give him four years.

This time last year EF were sitting 5-3.......since then EF have played 19 games of footy for 4 wins......player personnel really hasnt overly changed......Symonds in for Bristow......Marsh in for Perry/Green.....Peake only retired a few games back.....BOB and Hampson back from injury......though LA and JMac out with injury......same old names resurfacing on the team sheet....if Wiley has a plan in mind, surely at 0-7 the time is right for getting games into the likes of Burton, Harding, Cuneo, Bailey etc and seeing what they can bring to the table.....

....fully understand these guys arent world beaters but nothing seems to be changing with the game plan from all reports...lots of possessions for little result.....sideways backwards any which way but direct with added hassle of poor skill delivery.....Perth took the plunge of playing some colts boys from their reasonably successful 2016 colts side this year with at least more competitive success.....EF 2017 colts boys look more than decent so hopefully Wiley follows suit and has a clearout of players living off past adhoc performances and brings in some new blood.....obviously begin with the 2016 colts boys playing in the reserves like Holmes, Harding, Burton Clement and Bailey and keep building......

if we were going to get rid of wiley who the hell would be bring in?
someone else that will pull their hair out over the lack of skills in our group
lets work on the skill level of ef players from the juniors up cos I think that's where the problem is!
kicking under pressure at training would be a good start

I think showing Rob Wiley the door at this stage of the season or at seasons end would be a tragedy. The club, members and supporters should get in behind him are my thoughts. East Fremantle are obviously exposed with not enough depth, which is hardly the coach's fault. Would be good to see Wiley see out the contract.
