Interesting to see how the team butters up v Perth this Sat after that Subi debacle....in hindsight the win may be a good kick up the arse.....don't turn up on the day and good sides like Subi, SF and WP will burn you big time.

Looks like Hampson, LA and Eardley will be missing.....Subi dominated at the clearances from all reports.....Perth's mids on paper look just as dangerous....only saving grace is that...and no disrespect to Perth....Perths forwards don't look as dangerous as Subi's do on paper....is it time for Wiley to play a 2nd ruck and allow Watson to play primarily as a forward instead of this pinch hitting lark? Graham for Perth has been a god send for them this year, why not ease the load for Bristow and play Solomon or Fletcher....also enables Bristow to play tall up front too.

I guess Dion Anthony will be back, any chance Jacob Green may get another go....kicking goals for the reserves most weeks. Would be handy to have a Schleicher type at the clearances....though I see he didn't play reserves last weekend....other players in the mix could be Solomon, Challwell, Adamini and good to see Stokes kick a few as well...

Perth have been in most of their games till 3/4 time and are due to kick on and win one soon....EF really need to keep that 2 - 3 game margin between the chasing pack of Cl and EP....though Peel will be stretched this weekend with a load of Peel based Freo boys getting injured v SF last weekend...can see SD getting a win on Sat.

Very, very worried tomorrow!!!

Ladder positions say we should win, but another injury with Perham out with a groin & inclusions of more inexperienced players in Bannister & Solomon who debuts.

Rock, these games are always tricky, but don't forget EF beat SF with a weakened side, hopefully Solomon can compete for long enough periods to allow Bristow and Watson to stretch Perth's inexperienced defence and provide enough goals for EF to won the game....Peake, BOB and Simpson have enough talent to also stretch Perth's defence.....hopefully Krakouer can build from that 3 goal debut last week.....put Stephen at half back and move Harrold to the wing and I think EF defence is more than capable of keeping Perth to a low score....

Perth's mids and Graham will be Perth's driving factor in any Perth win, but they can only get the ball down there, Perth's forward options are far far less depth wise than Subi's from last week....think that will be EF saving grace....Wiley is hopeful Eardley, Hampson and LA will be back next week....time will tell I guess....

no saving grace sadly....well done Perth....if EF can't beat Perth when they have a couple guys going out early on, then EF deserve what they get..fark all..can't believe this side is so dependent upon Eardley, Hampson and LA.....farkin soft or what?

The Umpires did impact by gifting East Freo a goal before the siren had even gone.
Makes the win for Perth even nicer.

Come on DD, you know very well it's not the numbers that count mate, 58 is merely stating it's the locality of these free kick numbers which matter.....

I'm more pissed that ex Attadale boy Leggett had a day out with 7 goals, one he will probably never experience again.... but good on him for doing so though...but how about doing it on another teams watch next time Cody.... ;)
