From the Back line, including points for their achievementsin the VFL:

Bruce Duperizal (4) Kevin Worthington (2) John O'Connell (1)

Dennis Marshall (10) Ken Hunter (6) Allan Daniels (1)

Ben Allen (2) Wayne Blackwell (3) Gary Shaw (1)

Ross Ditchburn (-) Mark Hepburn (1) Barry Beecroft (1)

Phil Krakouer (6) George Moloney (7) Michael Mitchell (2)

Graham Moss (11) Steve Malaxos (-) Jimmy Krakouer (7)

Mike Aiten (-) Warren Ralph (-)

I have picked the strongest side possible for the tigers. Marshall was ratted the best player from WA by Barassi. He gets 10 votes made up of the following: games played; a fairest and best and his no less than 8 state games for Victoria. For the record he represented the black and gold sixteen times. This also explains the great Graham Moss' high tally, together with his Brownlow win which I gave him 1 point.

This would put the 'monts' out in front of Subiaco's score

63 points by my count.

AR no love for John McIntosh, Guy McKenna, Russell Reynolds, Don Pyke, Derek Kickett, O’Connell brothers, John Parkinson, Peter Davidson?
Would have all in before Hepburn.
Barry Beecroft was a Victorian who had already played for South Melbourne when he came to Tigerland.

Bease -- thanks for the corrction on Barry Beecroft. We will put Davidson in for Shaw, whom was not from Claremont.

All Eagles players have been left out --on the Subi side as well -- unless they also played for a Victorian club.

If you take Hepburn out and replace him with David O'Connell you would be weakening the team by 1 point.

McIntosh would be a good addition to the side -- he is worth (2) as he played 50 games and a state game for Victoria.

Cracking side Ark.
Mcintosh was a Brownlow runner up despite missing four or five games one year.
Ben Allan was an F and B winner in Hawthorns 91 premiership side so would score extra points after the 90s.

Guy McKenna won WCE F&B in 1989 as well, Pyke in 1994 (tied with Glen Jakovich) also a WCE Premiership year.

TOO: it is a great side, I agree. The club has made a magnificent contribution to the VFL competition throughout its history. Yep, you can have extra points for Ben Allen. I might have missed counted George Moloney, too , his exploits could easily be worth another point.

You can be very proud of your club.
