The only thing that bothers me about this redevelopment plan is that there would appear to be no outer bank remaining at all. Not even 3 rows of seats.

The apartments seem to go all the way to the boundary fence.

This isn't good.

Some people like to sit in the outer.

Terrible also for TV with a row of brick walls lining the boundary without any fans whatsoever in front of them.

Please Claremont leave 10 or so metres of space in the outer along the boundary for fans.
