So since 1987 who has been the best WAFL? You can rule out all teams who have gone with an alignment arrangement as they have done bad damage to the comp so there goes Peel, EP, Claremont and SF. WP would have been right up there except they are now a blight on the comp. Subi are ruled out because though nothing has ever been proven .....plus they lost to Peel in last two GFs. That leaves EF, Swans and Perth Swans have a much better on field record than Perth in that time and shade EF because the 2010 premiership a classic. Well done Swannies.

considering EF have won 3 GF and played in 6 since WCE (1987)…..to SD 2 flags and 3 GF appearances....not too sure what or how you determine SD success being better than EF......but hey happy to roll with it to keep the SD boys sweet....

Freeze that is pretty convincing really, I have probably weighted recent results a bit heavier than should have done. EF have a legit claim. Bazz Claremont were aligned for a year which rules them out for me.
