Why is that?

Word is Perth will be picking up the alignment,

Start with your last sentence. I have almost reached the end of my tether when you have the parasitic AFL and a WA domiciled AFL side having gutted one WAFL club according to you is going to destroy another WAFL club.

We have a WAFC and employees like Gavin Taylor who are clearly and demonstrably making decisions that will result in the destruction of the WAFL. As I have said I expect the Colts' matches all to be played at the one venue on the same day in 2019. I expect the reserves to be moved to a time slot currently where the colts matches generally are scheduled.I expect that in 2020 there will be no WAFL reserves' competition.

We have a competition that is so patently uneven and the WAFC and the WAFL club involved not making any attempt to redress this imbalance.

I could continue Bazza if you like.

If there was a glimmer of hope that things would change it would help but it only gets worse. Decisions like the one Swans made last week to dislocate both men's and women's competitions exacerbate the angst the direction the WAFL is going in.

Come on guys this was not the purpose of this thead started by Arkroyal. There are plenty of other discussion topics along the lines of "the WAFL is doomed"

Where did you hear that from Bazza?
Talk about the bloody silly wheels on the bus going round and round!
If that is the case, Twenty 19 is going to be most disappointing too!

From a Subi angle I can add 1987 and 1995:

Claremont toyed with us that year, and thinking back to their style of play, chip and charge plus sheperdding, I do mean, toyed.

Incidentally, as a result of all the silly rule changes, I don't think Neesham would be able to use such a style, remmeberring that in their reforms, the AFL have cracked down on bumpping and sheperdding within five metres of the ball

1995 was simply diabolically bad.
