Anch good one, yes he most certainly does -- he spent most of his career running up and down the ground instead, as is the modern way with a lot of coaches.

Noddy Mcaulley played most of his career playing chb or full back against bigger opponants.won a Tassie medal and two simpson medals.Most probably 1972 was about the only time he played as a flanker when Richard michalczyk was the regular chb.His duals with Austin Robertsonj jr were epic.

I cannot remember the three of them but the WP half back line back in the day, Mcguiness, the 16 year old from trinity and I think it may have been Prunster, two of them weren't quite 6 foot but they did the job!

Footballers were predominantly smaller back in those days....how tall was Bill Dempsey?...6-2?.. would be playing off a wing these days.... Some great names tho....Prunster was a favourite of mine back then...
