I've been watching a lot of great old games recently from the SANFL courtesy of SAfootballarchive. But they also have some WA state games online also.

And they are great to watch too. Can view short pieces of vision about WAFL state games on you tube also. But only in short snippets I'm sad to say. Anywhere from 2 minutes up to about 7 minutes in duration.

Yeah, too short the WAFL snippets. That's what I like about this SANFL site - long videos - sometimes the entire match.

This was a great effort by WA in wet conditions. This SA team was full of out and out stars - household names in the SANFL like Daryl Cahill, Barrie Robran, Rick Davies, Peter Marker, Michael Graham, Terry von Bertouch, Max James, Brian Colby, Russell Ebert, Bob Hammond, Graham Cornes, Malcolm Blight and Ray Huppatz.

We had some outstanding players as well - Barry Cable, Ron Alexander, Mike Fitzpatrick, Graham Melrose, Doug Green, Peter Featherby, Bill Valli, Ron Bayens, Alan Watling, Greg Brehaut, Gary Malarkey, Brian Sierakowski, Dennis Blair, Fred Senior and many others.

This next one is a beauty.

This was a good game. We weren't expected to win this one but played brilliantly. full game too.

Yeah, it's important to get right. I speak Spanish but the name looks more Portuguese. I have a feeling by your comment that if anyone would know the Seinor surname it might be you. (Just guessing)

Had the good fortune to be an associate for a short period of time in the eighties.

Had the pleasure of sharing an office in South Perth with him for a short time.

I always had a high regard for him whilst he was playing always seemed to play well against us.

He was a very humble man.
