Grassy they have also lost the traditional conservative Wa Press.Dont think time going to be kind to the government.March 2017 is not enough time to turn around Wa's train wreck economy.Barney should go to the polls asap.

This Premier has only lasted this long because he changed terms in government in this state from 3 years to 4. He would not be in office today if it was still 3 year terms. Firstly the time is right to bring the election forward for 2 very good reasons.

1. Clearly there is turmoil in the ranks of not only the Liberal party but the coalition with the Nats just doing a Rudd/Gillard back to Rudd style leadership merry-go-round. The leadership situation within the Liberal party is a farce. They know Barnett is finished but no one has the balls to challenge him and in any case they know it is a poison chalice. The coalition have no hope of winning the next election.

2. The states economy is stuffed, record debt and unemployment rising by the day and a government who wants a fire sale of all state assets to dig itself out of a hole temporarily so future governments are stuffed with fewer revenue raising assets left. We need an election before the end of the year not in March next year so the voters can decide who has the best plan for the state and how OUR MONEY COLIN, is best spent. Whoever wins then has a mandate to go ahead with its plans as laid out in the election campaign.

I sense Colin and Nalder know they are out the door at the next election so they are hell bent on stuffing up the economy further and tying the next government down with projects and fire sales they will be forced to live with.
Get on your bike.
It was Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve.
